Rosales Karate & Kickboxing is a training academy with locations in both Albuquerque & Los Lunas, New Mexico.

Training at Rosales Karate & Kickboxing is based on Kajukenbo, a martial arts system that incorporates a base of kenpo karate  along with traditional karate, judo, jujitsu and . Chinese boxing and kung fu. Kajukenbo can  be considered the first true American mixed martial art.

Classes include self-defense techniques and traditional martial arts forms. Students are encouraged to participate in our sparring classes, which include point sparring. Advanced students will learn weapons forms and full contact sparring. Promotions are  based on attitude, mastery of forms and techniques and knowledge of  our system.

Rosales Karate and Kickboxing accepts students of all ages and abilities, beginning at age 4 (depending on attention span), on up.

The only limitations are your level of motivation and willingness to work. You never know what you can accomplish until you try!
